Goldrush Phalaborwa Terms and Conditions

General Eligibility
Goldrush Phalaborwa is a regulated entertainment and gaming venue, open only to persons aged 18 and older. Access to the venue and digital services is conditional on age verification and compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
Account Registration and Security
Users are permitted to open one account, which must be verified using government-issued identification and proof of residence not older than 3 months. Sharing of accounts, impersonation, or failure to complete verification will result in account closure. Customers must keep login credentials secure and notify the venue immediately of any suspicious account activity.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Controls
Deposits may only be made using financial accounts held in the registered user’s name. Any deposit exceeding R10,000 requires source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals are subject to prior wagering of deposits and may include payout thresholds in line with internal policy. All transactions are monitored for anti-money laundering compliance.
Promotional Offers and Participation
Promotional offers are issued at the discretion of Goldrush Phalaborwa and may be withdrawn at any time. Bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements and may only be redeemed once per individual. Abuse of promotions—including coordinated play, multi-accounting, or identity fraud—will result in removal of bonuses and forfeiture of related winnings.
Fair Gaming Policy
All users agree to play in a fair and personal capacity. Any attempt to exploit software, interfere with system operations, or use unauthorised tools is strictly prohibited. Goldrush Phalaborwa may void winnings and suspend accounts where such activity is detected.
User Data and Privacy Compliance
Goldrush Phalaborwa handles personal data in accordance with POPIA. This includes data collected during registration, promotions, and transactional activity. Users may access or update their personal information by contacting [email protected]. Data will not be shared with third parties without user consent unless required by law.
Service Disruptions and Limitations
Service interruptions may occur due to technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or third-party infrastructure issues. Goldrush Phalaborwais not responsible for lost bets, interrupted gameplay, or communication delays caused by such disruptions.
Termination of Services
Goldrush Phalaborwa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, fails verification, or engages in fraud or misconduct. Users may also request permanent account closure for responsible gambling purposes.
Disputes and Governing Law
All disputes must first be raised with the customer support team. If no resolution is achieved, customers may escalate their concerns to the Limpopo Gambling and Betting Board. These terms are governed by South African law.
